Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your Telegram chat ID, user ID, username and first name.
• The profile you give the bot: language, name, age, gender, height, weight, goal, target weight, timeframe, activity level and time zone.
• Your calculated BMI and the personal plan generated for you.
• Meals, workouts and body weights you log, and the reminder times you choose.
• The messages you exchange with the coach, so it can remember your context.

Some of this is health-related information. We ask for your explicit consent during onboarding before storing any of it.

Photos and screenshots

Food photos and workout screenshots are sent to our AI provider to be analysed, and the resulting text estimate is saved to your log. We do not keep the image files themselves.

Why we use it

Solely to coach you: to build and adjust your plan, estimate calories and activity, show your progress, and send the reminders you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your personal data is accessible only to the bot's server. The operator's admin dashboard shows aggregate, anonymised figures only — user counts, language and goal distribution, and feature usage. It does not show names, messages, photos or individual logs. Data is processed by our hosting, database and AI providers on our behalf.

How long we keep it

For as long as you use the bot. Send the coach a message asking to delete your data and everything — profile, plan, logs and conversation history — is permanently erased.

Your rights

You can ask the bot at any time what it has stored about you, correct any detail by telling it the right value, withdraw consent, or have everything deleted. See also our Terms & Conditions.
