1. What this service is
CoachFit is a Telegram bot that offers general fitness, nutrition and weight-management coaching. It uses artificial intelligence to build a personal plan and to estimate the calories and nutrition of food and activity you describe or photograph.
2. Not medical advice
CoachFit is not a doctor, dietitian or medical device, and nothing it says is a diagnosis, treatment or prescription. Calorie, macronutrient and calorie-burn figures are estimates and can be significantly wrong, particularly when based on photographs. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a diet or exercise programme, and especially if you are pregnant, under 18, or have a medical condition, eating disorder or injury. Use of the service is at your own risk.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use CoachFit. You must provide honest information about yourself; the plan the bot produces is only as good as the details you give it.
4. Your account and content
Your CoachFit profile is tied to your Telegram account. You are responsible for the messages, photos and screenshots you send. Do not send content that is unlawful, or that contains other people's personal information.
5. Availability
The service is provided "as is" and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time. Reminders depend on Telegram and on network availability and may be delayed or missed.
6. Deleting your data
You can end your use of CoachFit at any time by sending the bot a message asking to delete your data. Your profile, plan, logs and conversation history are then permanently removed.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of CoachFit is not liable for any injury, health outcome, loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from reliance on its estimates or recommendations.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the bot after an update means you accept the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
